Vedsaa Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Shipping & Payments

  • All prices on Vedsaa are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), and all payments are credited in INR.
  • We partner with reliable ground-based courier services for deliveries across India.
  • Shipping times range between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Certain pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
  • Orders below ₹599 will incur a minimum shipping fee of ₹49. A nominal fee of ₹50 will apply to COD orders.

Product Damage & Returns

  • If you receive a damaged product, report it immediately and file a single complaint, as only one replacement or return is allowed per order.
  • We strongly advise not to accept defective or damaged products at the time of delivery.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping services are not available.

Offers & Promotions

  • To avail special offers, ensure you’re signed in and apply the promo code at checkout.
  • Promo codes must be entered exactly as displayed (case-sensitive).
  • Only one promo code is applicable per order, and these codes do not apply to discounted items.

Payment Options

  • Vedsaa exclusively accepts payments through Razorpay.
  • For security reasons, do not share credit card details via email.

Secure Shopping Guarantee

  • Your personal information is safeguarded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring safe and encrypted transactions for all online orders.

Order Confirmation

  • Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number.

Order Cancellation Policy

By Customer:

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by contacting customer support at support@vedsaa.com or via phone.
  • Cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped.

By Vedsaa:

  • Vedsaa reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Product unavailability or temporary stock-out.
    • Limitations on product quantities.
    • Errors in product or pricing information.
    • Incorrect or incomplete address details.
    • Non-serviceable locations.
  • In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be credited within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Discount Vouchers & Loyalty Points

  • If an order paid with discount vouchers or loyalty points is canceled, the vouchers are considered used.
  • Loyalty points will be credited back to your account if the order is canceled.

Refund Process

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be credited within 15 business days.
  • For prepaid orders via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be returned to the original payment source.
  • COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds to e-wallets will be credited within 24 hours.

Maximum Purchase Limit

  • Vedsaa products are intended for personal use only.
  • Certain products may have a maximum purchase limit. If exceeded, further purchases for the same product will be restricted for two weeks.
  • Orders violating this policy will be canceled, and legal action may be pursued if reselling is suspected.

Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Track your order on the Vedsaa website or through your account page.
